  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Beetroot
  • 1 Thumb Ginger

Instructions

  • Peel the Beetroot and slice into quarters.
    Peeled Uncooked Beetroot
  • Core and quarter the Apples.
  • Peel a thumb sized piece of Ginger.
  • Put all prepared ingredients in a juicer.
  • Drink the goodness!
